Thomas A. McKenna
Thomas A. McKenna is President of Navesink Logistics, Inc.which he founded in 1994. He has an extensive executive management and consulting background of more than twenty-five years in the logistics and supply chain industry spanning technology, project management, finance and operations. Since 1994, he has worked for more than 50 clients such as Capgemini, Pepsi, Bacou-Dalloz, Marriott Distribution and Time Warner executing logistics cost reduction campaigns and supply chain transformation engagements. He has provided counsel for Internet resource management solutions providers, expert witness services and due diligence expertise for investors, lawyers, banks and financial institutions. Mr. McKenna has built strategic alliances with a variety of companies including RedPrairie, Optum, Avicon, Chiron Technologies and Intersoft. Prior to 1994, he worked as an executive for a major transportation company where he was responsible for the profitability of $125 million. He has published numerous articles in publications such as Global Logistics & Supply Chain Strategies, Inbound Logistics, Traffic World, Private Carrier and FleetOwner, given interviews in trade magazines and is a frequent guest speaker at professional organizations including the Food Distribution Industry Group, American Trucking Association, National Private Truck Council and National Association of Purchasing Managers. He is an active member of the Council of Logistics Management, National Association of Purchasing Management (NAPM) Logistics and Transportation Group, the Association for Transportation Law, Logistics and Policy and Warehousing Education and Research Council (WERC). Honorably discharged from the United States Army after serving three years in the European Theater, he is a graduate of Kean University with BS degrees in Management Science and Economics.

Karen Hawks
Karen
Hawks is Vice President of Navesink Logistics' Supply Chain
Practice and brings particular expertise in operations process
improvement, warehousing systems, and logistics. Ms. Hawks served most recently as Director of Logistics Strategic Supply Chain for Blockbuster. As an experienced manager in the retail supply chain practice for Accenture, she was assigned projects for Fortune 500 client taking her to numerous locations. She has worked or led projects for prestigious firms such as Liz Claiborne, Sony, Best Buy, Michael's Arts and Crafts, Rite Aid, JCPenney and Nieman Marcus. Previously Ms. Hawks engaged in project management at both Industri Matematik International, (now owned by Symphony) and McHugh Freeman (now Red Prairie). This software experience runs the gamut of ERP and WMS solutions both in the retail and CPG (consumer packaged goods) sectors. As Director of Operations for the Mark Group, Ms. Hawks obtained first hand experience of managing day-to day operations of warehouse and logistics. Her leadership expanded the operations into system/RF technology and was steadfast to the adage of "do more with less". Ms. Hawks holds a BBA in Marketing & Political Science from Texas Woman's University and an MA in Professional Development from Amber University in Dallas, TX.

Alan Montgomery
Alan Montgomery is an executive consultant with Navesink Logistics. He is recognized as a global subject-matter expert in logistics, fulfillment and transportation consulting.
Recently he provided consulting expertise on a large-scale re-engineering project of a multi-billion dollar motor carrier. Additionally he is supporting a global international logistics-management software firm in the areas of strategic alliance and business development.
Until recently Mr. Montgomery was Vice President with Capgemini (formerly Ernst & Young Consulting), based in Vienna, Virginia serving as the Global Leader of Logistics & Fulfillment Consulting within the Supply Chain Service Line. His responsibilities included leading and providing quality advisement for major CGEY sales initiatives and engagements, developing leading-edge commercial solutions, and leading the Logistics & Fulfillment Practice team.
Prior to joining Ernst & Young in 1991, Mr. Montgomery had a 20-year track record of rapid professional growth in Fortune 500 transportation companies. He has served as vice president of marketing for Chemical Leaman Tank Lines, Inc., a specialized truckload motor carrier. Before that he held senior positions in strategic planning, marketing and finance with Consolidated Rail Corporation, as well as other positions in the railroad industry. He started his logistics career as a U.S. Army logistics officer, serving both in Berlin, Germany and the Republic of Vietnam. He holds an M.B.A. in Transportation (with concentration in Marketing) from Wharton Graduate School of Business, University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia and a B.A. in Economics from Washington & Jefferson College, Washington, Pennsylvania.

Denise Fox
Denise
Fox is an advisor of Navesink Logistics and President of Ultreya
Innovates, an information and technology firm specializing
in supply chain and logistics. Ms. Fox has fifteen years of
management, consulting and technical experience in information
systems with recognized leaders in food and consulting industries.
Her expertise is in logistics, ERP, financial, human resources,
data warehousing systems, information systems and strategic
planning. She possesses a strong knowledge of business functions,
including supply chain management, logistics, financial, human
resources and information systems. Ms. Fox's experience is
in the consumer goods, food, health care, pharmaceutical and
financial services industries. Most recently Ms. Fox was Director
of IT Project Management and Production Support for Conagra
Foods Logistics, as they implemented Red Prairie WMS and Manugistics
TMS and Freight Pay for their multi-business unit Dry Network.
Her experience spans systems integration, data warehousing,
data mapping and It infrastructure. She knows SAP and JD Edwards
and has worked with different platforms including Unix/HP
and Sun. She serves on the local board of the Chicago Council
of Logistics Roundtable. Ms. Fox holds a B.S. in Computer
Science and Statistics from the University of North Florida.

Rick Nelson
Rick
Nelson is an advisor to Navesink Logistics and a Senior Partner
and co-founder of InterSoft Corporation, an IT Consulting
company headquartered in Deerfield, IL. As a Senior Partner,
Rick's primary responsibilities at InterSoft are business
development, account management, and operations. Over Rick's
eleven year tenure with InterSoft, he has been instrumental
in securing and growing business relationships with numerous
prestigious companies including Quaker Oats, Kraft Foods,
ConAgra, TruServ, Unilever, Anheuser-Busch, Miller Brewing,
ACNielsen, and Safeway. Rick works closely with many InterSoft
clients in practice areas such as Enterprise Application
Integration (EAI), Business Intelligence, and Web development.
Rick's
extensive application expertise includes supply chain data
integration,
trade promotions, sales and marketing data analysis, category
management, catalog/ordering and Point-of-Sale applications.
Before founding InterSoft in 1992, Rick was a Technology Vice
President at Esca, Inc., a business intelligence software
company that developed software for the Consumer Packaged
Goods industry. At Esca, Rick managed the development of connectivity
products that allowed PC-based analytical software tools to
query data from very large Mainframe data warehouses. He has
a Masters of Science degree in Computer Science from DePaul
University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from
the University of Illinois at Chicago.
